Summary: The aim of the 6th International conference on Design & Technology of Integrated Systems in nanoscale era (DTIS’11) is to cope with the rapidly progressing technology which reaches today the nanometer scale. The general area of interest includes the design, test and technology of electronic products, ranging from integrated circuits modules and printed circuit board to full systems and Microsystems, as well as examining the methodologies and tools used in the design, verification and validation of such products. DTIS’11 will be organized by The Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens in collaboration with the National Engineering School of Sfax and the Laboratory of Informatics, Robotics and Microelectronics of Montpellier (LIRMM), France.
