Final_Version_paper_Submissions

Your Conference registration will be complete only if ALL the next three points are accomplished and at least one of the authors attends the conference and presents the paper :

1- Final Version Paper Formatting and Submission
2- SCS'08 IEEE Copyright Form
3- Registration for the Conference

1- Final Version Paper Formatting and Submission
After making all necessary corrections outlined by the referees, if any, the author(s) should submit the final version of their papers by October 13, 2008. The final version paper should not exceed SIX pages, and should strictly follow the final submission template found here.

 

All these and many more IEEE templates may be downloaded from: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html.
Please remember that ALL these templates are designed according to the IEEE Two-Column Format for Conference Proceedings, using US letter paper format.

The final version should be submitted ONLY as an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file, through the online submission system of the SCS'08 Conference.

To convert your final version paper to an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file you should use the online IEEE PDF eXpress service, which converts many application formats to a PDF Xplore-compatible. Please read carefully the IEEE PDF eXpress Instructions before using this service. The SCS'08 Conference ID is scs08x

There are two steps that must be taken when the PDF eXpress service is used:

Step 1. Before submitting your final version paper, you should visit the IEEE PDF eXpress to either:
1- Convert your paper to an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file.
2- Check your existing PDF file to check for its IEEE Xplore-compatibility.

When using either of the above two options, you will receive from the IEEE PDF eXpress Site Services an Official confirmation message.

Step 2. Once you make sure that you have an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF version of your final version paper, you should not make any modifications on it. You should then submit your file through the online submission system of the IEEE SCS ’08 Conference.

 

 

2- SCS'08 IEEE Copyright Form
You will have to fax to Mohamed Masmoudi (216 74 677 657), or scan and send to mohamed.masmoudi@enis.rnu.tn, the completed SCS’08 IEEE Copyright Form including your hand written signature. This form is available both in MSWord and PDF formats. Please make sure that you write your paper reference number on the top-right hand corner of this form.

 

 

3- Registration for the Conference
The final version of your paper will be included in the Conference CD-ROM and the IEEE Xplore provided that at least one of the authors listed on the final version paper registers at a non-student rate. A full registration can be used for a maximum of two papers.

The online IEEE SCS’08 Registration Form has to be completed and submitted online. In addition, the payment proof have to be faxed to Mohamed Masmoudi (216 74 677 657), or scanned and sent attached to mohamed.masmoudi@enis.rnu.tn

The Conference name (SCS) MUST to be mentioned on ANY form of payment proof.
